Política de reembolso

All products must be returned within  14 - business days.  To return your items please send them, in the original packing, unworn or unused with tags. 

All items must be returned, along with the invoice and the return form. The processing a return takes 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non - refundable. 

We don’t cover the shipping costs of returning your goods.

 Any products purchased in the sale cannot be returned,  but can be  exchange for another  size if it is available. ( adicional shipping costs Apple). Please order carefully to be sure you get products that are right for you.

 LOST AND MISSING ITEMS 

We are not responsible for any lost, missing or damaged items.  

Damages and Issues: 

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

False Chargebacks:

Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback
